House Tour

Welcome to our home! We live in a 1957 brick ranch-style house. It's not your typical rancher as it's very narrow, but very long {literally everyone that visits comments on how far back our house goes once they're inside}. For privacy purposes I have chosen not to include photos of the exterior. Also, know in advance that the majority of these photos were taken with my phone, so some may not appear as quality as others. Thanks + hope you enjoy this little virtual tour! :)

The Front Entryway

The Living/Dining Room Combo
This is one giant room, so you're basically going to spin in a circle counterclockwise.

The Kitchen

Our kitchen is the traditional galley style. The only updates to this room have been the painting of the cabinets, the flooring, the wall paint, and the built-in banquet seating. We are hoping to update the cabinets over the summer. Here's how it is currently:

This is the view from {standing on} the banquet seating area.

The Mudroom/Hallway

The view below is across from the hall tree bench shown above.

These pictures aren't very good, sorry!

The Guest Room/Office

This desk was originally a dark wood, then black, and now a distressed white.

Daybed for a "couch" doubles as space for guests

We have one small hallway back behind this room that leads to a very small bathroom. It doesn't have any windows, so getting a decent picture is near impossible. Our laundry is located in our garage, so nothing to see there.

I hope you enjoyed the tour. As always, something has probably changed a little since these pictures were taken, but it's mostly the same! :) Thanks for checking out our little home.

    1. Thanks Bree! I don't post the kitchen much because I don't LOVE it. I'm learning to just live with it though. :)
